Happy Summer Donors!
We're already only three weeks away from our August pick up day! Our drivers will be stopping by to pick up your filled red bag on Saturday, AUGUST 12th, so please mark your calendars.
CURRENT NEEDS: Jelly Peanut butter Crackers Granola bars, Breakfast/Protein bars Soups (all types) Chili Meals-in-a-Can (Chef Boy R Dee, etc) Canned and/or fresh fruit Canned meats/tuna Condiments (mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc) Sugar Cooking oil Top Ramen Spaghetti sauce Baked beans Potato products Cereal (all types) Coffee, including single serve instant packets Tea Milk (all types) Fresh produce from the garden is also welcome! Personal hygiene products, such as shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, soap, lotion, etc. Toilet paper Paper towels Diapers in sizes 5 and 6 NOT NEEDED: The food bank currently has adequate amounts of the following, and at this time does NOT need: No Mac & Cheese No beans (besides baked) As usual, the following are some important details about our upcoming pick up:
If you will be missing Saturday, August 12th's pick-up, please be sure to email us to let us know so we do not needlessly stop by your home. If you've already notified us via email, you do not need to notify us again.
If you prefer to drop your bag off directly to The Salvation Army (TSA) food bank instead of having us pick it up on August 12th, feel free to do so, but please email us to let us know you will not need pick-up at your home. This does not apply to those donors who have "Drop Off Status," as confirmed by A Simple Gesture.
